My journey with Susanna has been about much more than career coaching.

From the very beginning, I had the feeling that she genuinely cared about my situation, my thoughts and where I wanted to go. She didn’t just listen because it was her job to listen. She was curious. For 18 years, Heidi stayed in the same job.
